Research Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analysis and Report-writing
1.1 Designing studies and analysis strategies
1.2 Developing questionnaires and discussion guides
1.3. Statistical analysis
1.4. Charting
1.5. Analysis and Report-writing
1.6. Preparation of presentation materials and Presentations

2. Executing research projects:
2.1. Selection & management of research partners and other vendors
2.2. Recruitment / training / management of surveyors and freelancers
2.3. Recruitment & interviewing of respondents
2.4. Managing focus groups and other central location research activities
2.5. Secondary research
2.6. Supervising data processing activities
2.7. Assisting clients during local and overseas projects
2.8. Preparing updates or progress reports of studies as well as interim/final data and results

3. Assistance in Business development:
3.1. Assisting with the preparation of proposals and quotations
3.2 Requests for quotations/proposals from our research partners, other vendors and freelancers

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Degree and above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  2. Relevant experience in market research advantageous
  3. Strong numerical skills and proficient in statistical analysis
  4. Good standard of English (both written and spoken)
  5. Good working knowledge of common business software like MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  6. Good communication skills
  7. Meticulous and committed
  8. Proficiency in market research software or analysis software

Research Analyst

  3. Strong numerical skills and proficient in statistical analysis

  5. Good working knowledge of common business software like MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  6. Good communication skills
  7. Meticulous and committed
  8. Proficiency in market research software or analysis software
  9. Strong analytical skills

Research Consultant

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Research Projects
1.1 Execute projects including all aspects of market research like: designing studies and analysis strategies, secondary research, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, moderation of in-depth interviews and focus groups, statistical analysis, charting, analysis and report-writing, preparation of presentation materials and presentations
1.2 Lead and supervise teams to execute projects
1.3 Provide expertise and internal consulting to other researchers and teams on all aspects of market research

2.Assistance in Business Development and Sales
2.1 Develop quotations and proposals including any researching of information needed
2.2Lead meetings and discussions with clients including making pitching presentations
2.3 Attend to client inquiries of a very high-level and technical nature

3. Internal Training and Development
3.1
Provide training to other researchers through a structured training program including developing a set of course materials
3.2 Develop and maintain an accessible knowledge management system which archives all knowledge bases and intellectual property developed by the company and all researchers
3.3 Lead the drive for continuous improvement upon the knowledge and skills-sets of other researchers

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. In-depth knowledge, practical expertise and experience in all aspects of market research
  2. At least 5 years of experience in market research including at least 3 years on agency-side
  3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  4. Expert in market research statistics and statistical analysis
  5. Experienced in use of common leading market research, statistical and analysis platforms and software
  6. Very good standard of English (both written and spoken)
  7. Very good communication skills at all levels, including presentations
  8. Meticulous and committed
